As human technology continues to advance, global businesses undergo transformation and innovation. Moreover, the recent impact of Covid-19 has emphasized the significance of business management theories and practical implications for domestic or international businesses. Business management and practice are now important topics in contemporary management education and research. The conference aims to encourage knowledge and practical experience exchange and promote research and practical development in industry innovation, entrepreneurship, and business management through paper presentation. Therefore, we cordially invite submissions from all sectors.
Subject Areas：
The seminar paper topics cover a wide range of fields, including business management, marketing, finance management, human resource management, production and operation management, technology management, organization and strategy management, entrepreneurship management, service innovation, service marketing, quality management, information management, e-commerce, catering management, hotel management, tourism and leisure management, and other related topics.
Submission Guidelines :
The seminar adopts an abstract review mode and does not accept papers that have been published at other conferences or journals. Please submit papers to the registration website (https://ap99.mdu.edu.tw/mduregister/activity/innovation2023).
Formatting and Content:
Both Chinese and English abstracts are acceptable, with a maximum length of 500 words, including the paper title, author information, key words, and punctuation. Refer to the "Thesis Format.doc" file for detailed formatting guidelines. The abstract must contain research objectives, research methods, and research results or conclusions.
Presentation Method:
Oral Presentation: At least one author of the paper must participate in the oral presentation on the day of the seminar. Refer to the "Presentation Format and Notes.pdf" file for presentation format and notes.
Poster presentation: Authors who submit papers must produce and print the poster themselves, and bring it to the venue to hang according to the assigned location, using "no trace adhesive" without glue or ordinary tape.
